The focus is on sustainable construction for property companies, municipalities, and housing associations, providing project owner advisory services for all types of projects, including development projects. Below is a snapshot of the tasks undertaken:


RENOVATION, RECONSTRUCTION, AND NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

All services, from initial case studies, sketches, Municipality dialogues, local planning work, obtaining building permits, etc., are performed and can be offered based on drawings and descriptions. This includes materials for tendering, execution up to contract signing, supervision, and project handover.


ASSESSMENT OF LEASED PROPERTIES

Smooth, quick, and flexible assessment and valuation of improvements and current value during lease entry or exit. This involves a walkthrough in collaboration with a representative to identify wear and tear, potential improvements, and inventory for value determination. Conducted with short notice and flexibility.


CONDITION ASSESSMENT AND MAINTENANCE SCREENINGS

For larger properties and portfolios, CAJN PROJECT can assess the entire property, creating plans and proposals presented in a schematic overview with an indication of cost estimates for each item.


PROJECT MANAGEMENT / PROJECT OWNER ADVISORY TASKS

For private and public property owners, CAJN PROJECT can handle various and diverse tasks, involving stakeholders in project execution and taking full responsibility for project success within agreed time and budget. Upon agreement for project management or construction management tasks, a fixed competitive hourly rate and an estimate of hours are determined.


PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

CAJN PROJECT offers project development for properties or portfolios, assisting with new ideas and projects. This includes initial commercial and technical screenings, 1st-year NOI calculations, municipality dialogues, local planning processes, contract negotiations, and project owner advisory services from construction to handover and follow-up.
