CAJN PROJECT undertakes tasks for municipalities, real estate companies, and associations, involving development projects, project owner and construction consultancy for both smaller and larger complex projects in renovation, maintenance, and new construction.
The focus is on providing loyal support to property owners through competent project owner and construction consultancy, project management, and development.
For projects, all services are offered, starting from initial sketches, obtaining building permits based on drawings and descriptions, preparing materials for tendering, execution up to contract signing, supervision, and project handover.
Screenings, condition assessments, and maintenance reviews can also be conducted for properties and larger property portfolios.
CAJN PROJECT can assess the entire property, creating plans in a schematic overview with financial estimates.
Projects are carried out with stakeholder involvement and responsibility for project success within agreed time and budget.
Upon agreement, proposals are prepared based on a fixed, competitive hourly rate and an estimate of hours required.

Structural Engineer

Emine Betül Tuna has built experience in the public housing and construction sector. She has a background with KAB, where she worked for five years on renovation and modernization projects, 1- and 5-year inspections, and damage claims (BSF).
From 2021 to 2023, Emine taught project management at DTU, honing her instruction skills.
Bachelor of architectural technology and construction management & project director
Anders Bahn has 17 years of experience in construction and real estate. He was Development Director at RUBIK PROPERTIES (2021-2024), overseeing 2,550 homes and 203,000 m². Previously, he was Project Development Manager at Capital Investment A/S and client advisor at MOE A/S, focusing on renovation, conversion, and project management.
Peter Lausen has worked in the construction industry since 2023, first as a construction manager at NIRAS and later, owner’s advisor at Focus2.dk ApS. Since september 2024 he has been a project manager at CAJN PROJEKT, handling project management, quality assurance, and consulting.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Architectural Technology and Construction Management from KEA.
Hashim Abood, a construction engineer from KEA, has been a project manager at CAJN PROJEKT since February 2025, focusing on project management, quality assurance, and consulting. Previously, he interned at Thougaard Ejendomme and worked as a student assistant at Rasmus Friis and Futura Entreprise, gaining experience in operations, maintenance, site management, and scheduling.
HR and Administration Manager
Sara Høeg Pedersen, HR and Administration Manager, has been with CAJN PROJEKT since November 2024, focusing on process optimization, coordination, and organizational development. Previously, she was Operations Manager at Danica Pension (2021-2023) and Operations Leader at Ase (2019-2021), where she worked with project management, change management, and operational efficiency.
Bertram Kaas Nielsen has been a student assistant at CAJN PROJEKT since its inception in 2022.
He holds a high school diploma from Birkerød Gymnasium STX and primarily contributes with administrative tasks, project support, and other practical assignments.
