Happy New Year! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰


A year has already passed since the first CAJN New Year's greeting, and much has happened in a rapidly changing world.


Tasks within project development have faced challenging conditions in a time of high construction prices, interest rates, inflation, and energy prices, and have therefore not dominated most of the assignments during the year, although there have been some developments towards the end of the year. Fortunately, there have been clients and construction consulting tasks, and with a good solid collaboration, especially with AAB and towards the end of the year also with Danish Shopping Centers, among others.


A big thank you to clients, friends, former colleagues, and collaborators for showing goodwill, interest, and trust. It is crucial ๐Ÿ™


2023 has been an "entrepreneurial year" for CAJN with many practical matters, projects, and loyal clients, and now it is truly becoming "lighter and flying high" with an office at Filmstationen, including collaboration with Ahm Consult ๐Ÿค—Feel free to drop by for a cup of coffee at Filmtorvet 70, 1st floor, office L, and see the exciting (development) area.


2024 is expected to be a more stable growth year for CAJN, and the pipeline offers several exciting projects, including a development project in Copenhagen with green facades ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿชด that has already started for Danish Shopping Centers, which is heavily investing in the development of their centers in the coming years. CAJN is delighted to be part of this and assist with client consulting and project development.

AGREEMENT WITH DANISH SHOPPING CENTRES


A framework agreement and the first task with Danish Shopping Centre have been initiated over the summer months, which is, of course, incredibly pleasing. Every effort will be made to provide competent advice for future projects.


Furthermore, 2 successfully completed facade projects for AAB and 2 new renovation projects in Ballerup and Copenhagen are also underway, with upcoming tenders on the horizon. So, it is noted as a good summer as autumn truly sets in ๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿโ˜”


Exciting prospects lie ahead, including collaborations with new clients, which I have high hopes for.


CAJN PROJEKT is looking forward to tackling even more tasks with complete satisfaction, client focus, and engaging in dialogue with stakeholders and others.

FARUM LIBRARY AND CULTURAL CENTER - PROJECT OWNER ADVISORY FOR ENERGY PROJECT AND RENOVATION


CAJN PROJECT is pleased to collaborate with suppliers and Furesรธ Municipality to provide advisory services for energy optimization and upgrades, including the installation of energy-efficient windows, ongoing maintenance assessments, and improvements at Farum Library and Cultural Center. The aim is to achieve reduced CO2 emissions and enhance user experience.

AAB HOUSING ASSOCIATION, DEPARTMENT 87 & 115 - FACADE RENOVATION


Proud, happy, and humble about the collaboration on multiple projects with Denmark's largest and oldest housing organization, AAB. This includes the facade renovation of two beautifully located public housing properties in ร˜restad, which is now commencing.

TELEFONVEJ 8D - COMPLETED RENOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT


Together with KBS BYG and Overbyen Architects, the renovation of Telefonvej 8D has been completed, including snagging, and the property is now fully operational under the management of Newsec Property Asset Management.


The property, a former 6,000 m2 administrative building for Ktas, was part of their Telephone Factory.


Sanos Group and CN3, Wolt, and Fitness World are the tenants, and there has been successful collaboration to complete the interior design collectively.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!


With great joy and excitement, I want to formally announce that CAJN PROJECT is a reality and ready for tasks within project development and management, as well as construction consultancy.


I aim to focus on providing excellent, attentive, and competent guidance for property owners, including property companies, municipalities, and housing associations, among others.


While focusing on development projects and  advisory services for larger and more complex projects, CAJN PROJECT also offers traditional Architectural Technology and Construction management tasks, reflecting over 20 years of experience.


Partnerships have been established for engineering and project management services, with a strong emphasis on project owner advisory, project management, and project development.

CAJN has already begun working on projects, completing the development task at Telefonvej 8D. The Woods project has just been finished, and the property is now fully leased - woods-office.dk/telefonvej.dk


Additionally, CAJN has recently initiated a project for an AAB renovation project in ร˜restad, and there have been several other smaller tasks.
