At CAJN, you are responsible for structuring your own workday.
We are looking for individuals who:
Have a construction-related background – preferably combined with hands-on trade experience
Are building constructors, architects, or engineers with project management experience
Have experience with refurbishments and rental property renovations
Are structured, proactive, and good at collaborating
Have experience managing design-build contracts and ABT18/AB18
Are familiar with systems such as Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
Communicate in a solution-oriented manner and are attentive to both people and project goals
Project management:renovation and conversion projects for private and public developers
Planning, financial management, and quality assurance
Coordination with contractors and project partners
Supervision and follow-up on construction – with focus on quality and handover
Preparation of tender documents, specifications, and reporting
